About the event
This year you can skip the premade margarita mix and learn three new cocktails from our fabulous bartending duo, Ryan & Karena of WeeMixed, LLC; all of which are Mexican-inspired in honor of Cinco de Mayo!
Alcohol is BYOB and will be emailed to all registrants one week prior to the class, and all mixers, bar tools and glassware are included in ticket price.
Class also includes the following food pairings with each drink:
Small "street style" Tacos in pairs
Chicken Enchiladas roasted red pepper salsa
Poblano Enchiladas with Tomatillo salsa
Barbacoa Beef Taco
Avocado and black bean taco
Dessert: Raisin/ allspice/ mascarpone cheese filled "churro" (to be filled/ finished by guests)
